There are waves of expansion that are rippling through All Of Creation.  These waves carry the energy of expansion and are flooding All Of Creation.  This energy is being generated by your own hearts and is expanding Consciousness.  As more of you are choosing LOVE,  this energy flowing out from your hearts is shifting the inner and outer realities. To all light workers, healers, and to those individuals on a mission of spreading compassion and peace, your efforts are being felt in all of creation.  Know that as more and more of you rally together and put your attention on specific dates, and you put your attention on the love flowing from your heart, you are shifting the energy of both physical and non physical realities, in all of space and in all of time.   

 The veil of illusion is lifting. The original blue print is unwavering and has been waiting for you to shift your own energy, waiting for you to free yourself from the energy that has been restricting your expansion.   Source energy is the vibration of Joy,  it is and always will be  "the freedom of Love".  It is the frequency of a life with out conditions.  It has a certain vibration, a certain tone,   the body is very much in the knowing of this frequency.  When you have allowed this flow of Source energy into the body/mind complex the body will rejoice,  and you will be seeing a different body than what you are now seeing in your mirrors.  This energy of Divine Source has always, and will always be,  available to you.  Now you have opened the door to the free flow of this Source energy,  it is free flowing and coming forth via your mind/body complex.  The more you hold the door open and allow for this free flow of Source energy you will experience the shift to new realms of understanding and experiences of life.

These waves of understanding have been present since the beginning of time, to have you see the truth of life.  It is the energies that have been created from your own illusion of separation that has held you captive and not allowed for your own transformation.  In the contraction the free flow of this energy has been restricted by the energies held in the body by your experiences, and your misconception of your experiences.   These energies that were transferred into the body/mind complex and expanded on by your misconception of your experiences, and misconception of yourself have limited you.  These are the energies of greed, oppression, fear, anger, and so on.  These so called negative energies are not in alignment with life, and with truth, and are now being transformed as you expand in your understanding of the truth of who and what you truly are.  You are waking up to this and not allowing the ones that have held you captive by this miss-identification of power.  You are not allowing these ones that are held in their own fear to affect you any longer.  These ones held down by their own thinking can no longer limit  your energies and the flow of creativity that is your birthright.  The truth is out and you are breaking free from the ones that are held in the lower frequencies, you will not allow for this strangle hold any longer. You have woken up and will no longer allow others limitation to limit you in any way. True freedom is at hand!  As you break free, others will break free, it will be the domino effect as the wave of freedom flows through All Of Creation.


As more, and more, of you Awaken, and Illuminate, your own individual mind, you will see the shift of your own individuals energy matrix.  You will see it restored to it's natural splendour.  You are the one doing it.  You are the creators of your reality.  NO ONE can keep you from your birth right from the truth but you.   The process of moving from the intellect into the heart is at hand, you are grounding all your bodies and bringing them into alignment with life.  More, and more, as all of who you are is recovered, restored,  and you are in full alignment, then you will feel more, and more, present to your physical existence.  This is the experience of Ascension,  to be aligned fully. The non physical and the physical in full embodiment.  "As above so below, as below so above".  Are you getting excited yet?


You will be less and less affected by the beliefs of others.  Come to recognise what is coming from the belief of life and what is coming from the truth of what life truly is.  Be in the awareness of where you are placing your focus,  for your energy will follow your focus,  in this it will expand on what you are focusing on.

 Fear not the changes that are taking place within your DNA,  the process has already been activated.  No one will be left out.   Some are more sensitive and know what I am speaking of.   God (the gentle overseer of all of life) sees all, knows all, his love is unwavering and steadfast.  He is hearing your prayers.  When one is in fear then this one is not in the knowing of their own truth and not feeling this love that is ready and available to each and every one of you. There is nothing inside or outside of you that can keep you from this truth.  Do not allow your mind to be jailed in the beliefs of others.  Allow for the movement,  allow for the expansion, into your own truth.  Allow for the full embodiment of your Divine Self.  With this you will be flowing forth all that you are seeking.  As you move into this alignment  the sense of seeking will disappear as your mind, your body, and your soul, are one expression of the Your Divinity. 

In this time of change recognise the energy that is of expansion and the expansion of the heart.  Be in the awareness of what is happening in your own heart space.  It is in this space that you will find your connection to communicating with the Divine.  When you match the vibration of your own heart with that of the Divine you will move into Oneness. Step into being the observer of your body/mind complex. Step into being the observer of life it self.  Become your own master and the master of your own energy.  Step into seeing life and as you step into seeing and welcome in this connection with the Divine then your eyes see as that of the Divine.  With this shift your life is transformed forever.   All of life is beautiful.  Choose to say yes to life and life ever lasting.


Do not hold onto a specific date in the mind and allow for this expansion NOW!


Glory to all who receive this message for you are the ones that are leading the way to this New Earth.  This new way of being that is conducive to life and experiencing life in full embodiment of who you truly are!

I have been sending out transmissions of Love for a month since this wave of expansion on January 1, 2011
 
There has been huge waves of expansive energy flooding creation.  This energy is being generated by your own hearts and is expanding Consciousness.  As more of you are choosing LOVE,  this energy flowing out from your hearts is shifting the inner and outer reality. To all light workers, healers, individuals on a mission of spreading compassion and peace, your efforts are being felt in all of creation.  Know that as more and more of you rally together and put your attention on specific dates, and you put your attention on the love flowing from your heart, you are shifting the energy of both physical and non physical reality.   The wave that was created on January 1, 2011.  has effected relationships all over the world.  Any relationship on rocky grounds would have been effected.  I encourage you to hang in there move out of the mind, move into your heart space and choose LOVE!

The Morning The World Woke Up To LOVE!

Life has been a series of most fortunate events.  Even though it has not always felt so at the time.  It is a Tuesday night, a perfect winter evening.   I found myself waiting to be picked up by two ladies that I had just met,  we came together at a Yuen Method practice group the previous Sunday, at Felix's in Westbank.
 
The car arrived with not just two, but three delightful ladies.  I tucked myself into the back set of the car as we headed of on the highway towards the Kelowna Library.   You know those people that you meet in life that you just click with,  well this is one of those encounters.   I found myself,  in the back set of the car, with this amazing lady, named Maggie
 
Maggie has dedicated her life to helping others bring balance to the body.  "How fortunate I Am", I thought to myself, as we sped along the highway towards the Mediation Group in Kelowna.  Here I sat with my body in need of balancing.  The pain that the body has been expressing is my bodies way of communicating to me.  In expressing pain my body is actually screaming to be acknowledged and heard.   I knew very well the issues in the body,  however, it was what to do about it that was keeping the body screaming.   I smiled to myself at the most fortunate of circumstances I had found myself in.  Life is so grand.  The Universe had put us together, in the back of a car,  so that we could meet and share our unique gifts with each other.  I have always been aware of energy,  and of consciousness.  My gift is to clear emotions that have accumulated over many life times.  Clearing the heart and opening to the Love of the Universe, this is my gift.  

This Divine Love is what I help people to find in their hearts and expand.  My gift is to help people to connect with there soul/spirit and to live life in this alignment.  We chatted of each others experiences as we became acquainted.  The more we chatted the more I felt this wonderful connection between the two of us.  Here I was in this predicament,   I was already perfectly aware of the body issues.   I had already set up the lines of communication with my body.  I had already said to my body,  "I am hearing you,  and I know that you are not happy,  I have neglected you, and the things that I have been doing have put you out of balance".  I had asked it, "what can I do for you to bring you back into a state of balance and harmony?" I had been asking for the body to be in balance and not sure what course of action to take.  Now, here I was sitting beside this beautiful and delightful lady who has the ability to go right into my body and say this is what your body is screaming at you about,  and this is what you must do, this is what it wants you to do.   The Universe had brought us together to share in each others gifts.  Wow!   You must know the delight and gratitude I felt for this lady and for the Universe to have set up the series of events to bring us together in the back set of a car so that we would meet each other.  I am so grateful
 
The drive from Summerland to Kelowna was much quicker than usual as we arrived at the Kelowna Library. The four of us made our way into the Library conference room and found that other delightful people had already arrived as we greeted each other.  People kept streaming into to the room.  We were all joining together in this circle to share in the meditation, and to give, and receive, the Deeksha, this beautiful Blessing gifted through the Oneness University
.
 Every time I share this amazing gift,  my heart feels the freedom of Love that is each of our birth right flowing more effortlessly from the core of my being.   I find as I open to having the Divine flow forth through me,  this Loving energy of the Divine,  it is  bulldozing and clearing my own heart space making more, and more,  space in my heart, giving my heart a greater capacity to love freely.  Opening to "the freedom of Love". 

The next morning following the evenings events I woke up in a state of clarity and presence.  My entire being was flooded with this deep peace and contentment, and as I made my way into the kitchen I noticed the Sunshine streaming into the window filling the kitchen with Light.   As this light,  shinning so bright, found the crystals hanging in the window the union produced these beautiful rainbows that  covered the walls of the kitchen.  I delighted in the magnificence of the colors produced in this union between  the Sun beam and the Crystal.  As I made my way to the coffee pot to brew up a cup for myself and  my son Carl,  I noticed this great joy with in my heart at the recognition of this moment.

Carl my autistic son who is usually so loving and happy was miserable.  He was cranky and mad, he was definitely not his usual in the moment happy young man.   He usually delights in making others feel good about themselves as he shines his love on them,  and tells them how great and beautiful they are.  Not this morning, he woke up so very unhappy.  He goes skiing on Sundays and this past Sunday during skiing he had a fall,  and bruised his hip, and his elbow.   I knew as I watched him and allowed him to be with these feelings and emotions, that were coming up for him,  I knew that this as everything would soon pass.  I sat and just allowed him to vent his frustration and was just present there in the moment for him.

It came time to drive Carl to his day program.   As I went outside, to start the car,the crispness, in the winter morning air,  touched my cheek waking me up to this perfect winter morning.  This crisp winter morning with the sun reflecting it's brilliance off of the white snow covered ground.  These dancing lights were  produced with the union of the the sun beam and the snow flake. These amazing lights that were dancing across the surface of the snow.  Fantastic!.

As I sit, at my computer writing this love story,  I am amazed at life as I remember the rainbows I woke up to this morning.  One shift in conscious awareness and the body, and mind, delights in this awareness.   The sun is brilliant on it's own,  and the crystal has it's own brilliance, and together in this union is created even more brilliance.   This is what life is.  This union is reflected in the joining of two people that come together. As two people join in their brilliance it is in this union that a child is born.  The child reflects the brilliance of the two that brought this One forth.  It is an expansion of brilliance, two become one, this is the child.
 
A child is LOVE!  A child is brought forth from the Love/Light of Creation because two people have come together in a union.  Regardless, as to how this union is perceived,  this child holds the spark of  Divine Love with in it's heart.   Nurture this in each other, even your pets hold this spark of Divine love.

There has been times in my life that I have forgotten this.   I have been reminded that when my children are not feeling this from me it is only in my awareness that I can shift this.   It is up to me to shine the light of love from my heart to their heart.  It is in this awareness that I can stop in the moment and shift my perception of the moment,  I shift from the thinking mind down into the heart space.  In choosing to shift I also choose to shift my Consciousness.   When I shift my Conscious awareness to my heart I shift the energy that is coming from me. 
 
This morning I was reminded that when ever I have forgotten this I can turn to the ones in my life, that I see are suffering, and I can hold them in my Love for them.  I can tell them how important that they are to me.   I tell them how much I love them.  I say, "I know that you have not always felt this love and for this you have suffered, and I to have suffered,  in this misunderstanding".  Lovingly,  I say "this pain you are holding,  I would like to wish it away for you".  "My wish for you is that your heart is over flowing with the Love that I have for you".  "Know that I have always loved you even in my darkest days.  I will always Love you today and forever."
 
I was reminded of a conversation I was having with a friend and she had mentioned evil, and what I think of evil people.  With my experiences of life I have come to realize that evil only manifests in the absence of Divine Love.    There really is no such thing as an evil person just a person that has lost the ability to Love.  There is only One God, only One Infinite Creator,  all of creation stems from the One.  All of life comes from this Light of Divine Love. The mind of God holds only Unconditional Love.  I have found when I align my individual mind with the mind of God, my outer reality is wonderfully blissful to behold.

 
God wants to speak through me, he is saying: "There is  nothing manifested in the physical or the non physical that has not come from the Light of Creation.  There is no one individual, or group of individuals, any were in the Universe that has not come from this Light of Divine Love.   If you are experiencing this energy of evil it is because you are so removed from your connection to Me that you no longer feel Loved.  You are held fast by your own illusion of your own making.  This Love/Light from which you have come forth to be in physical form is always here for you,  it is stead fast and unwavering.  In this illusion of separation there is a  heaviness produced with in your heart. 

The heart is full and over flowing with the pain and suffering you have sustained in your interactions with others.  In the interaction where there has been a misunderstanding and the absence of the feelings of being Loved.  With this illusion of disconnection as you interact with others, as you have  experiences with others, it is here that you fill your mind with shame and blame.  These feeling as they fill the mind to capacity they over flow into your heart.  It is a domino effect that has held you captive in this illusion,  and it has filled your heart to capacity over many life times of misunderstandings.
 
You are loosing you capacity to Love,  and this is the only thing that you are striving for.  Why can you not see IT?  You are so full of hurt, so full of pain, and you bring forth anger and fear from these feelings as you project it to others.   There is no love in this projection of anger and fear.  In this projection you are spreading this anger and this hate because of your in ability to shift your perception.  As you fill each others hearts with this anger, fear, hate,  there is no more room for Love.  Love is the thing that will bring you to your happiness.   It is the lack of understanding of who and what you really are that is holding you back from experiencing life in JOY.   It is a domino effect that has gone on far to long.   From parent to child, and child to parent,  you teach each other the energy of anger, and of fear.  Are you tired yet?  Are you tired of this illusion?
 
Your hearts are being filled with all this energy of pain and suffering because you do not feel this love that I have for you.  All the individuals in the entire Universe are interacting with each other causing each other pain and suffering because you do not feel my Love for you.  These individuals are not feeling my love because they have distanced themselves from me.  They have filled their hearts with so much energy that is not in vibration with me,  in this the mind has created this illusion of separation.  Know that this spark of Divinity is carried in each persons heart, no exceptions.  It is the gift from Heaven that is every ones birth right.  This spark of Love is  gifted to you by ME.  This Light of Divine Love, it is your gift it is your Divinity, that you give to each other in the union you share.  Then as you bring forth a child you are expanding this love.  It is in not remembering this gift and sharing it with others that you suffer.  Suffering is not necessary nor desirable by ME.
 
My Will is not in opposition of your Will,  I wish for you to always be in your joy and you have felt this joy when you have connected with me.  Why do you not express it in every minute?  You are not separate from your Divinity.  It is flowing forth from you,  it is you.  Allow for the illusion of separation to dissolve from the mental and your life will transform beyond your wildest imagination.  I Love you and I hold this Divine spark safe for you deep with in your heart.  Look deep into your heart and you will find me.  Allow your self to feel this Love.  Allow me to shine a flash light of understanding into the heart and expand this spark of Love/Light for all the world to see. 

Dissolve the illusion of separation and shine your magnificence. Your ego is feeling neglected and miss understood.  Your ego is the part of you that has been created in order that you be set free to experience in your physical reality.  It is that part of you that makes you unique.  The ego, your ego,  is a unique and special manifestation of your Divinity.  It is a gift from me on the day of your conception. It is a gift from each other as you come forth in physical form.  Love it as I love it. 
 
Every individual on the planet is an energy generator.  You are the one that is bringing forth the energy that you are holding in your own body.  No one has done this for you,  you do it for yourself.   Put your awareness on your own heart space and look deep to see what energy you are holding in this space,  this space where only love is supposed to reside.  Each individual is responsible for the energy of the Universe.  As you project the energy of your own heart be aware of the energy that you are projecting out to the world.  Each individual on the planet is producing the energy of this planet.   Are you conscious of this energy?  Are you able and willing to take responsibility for this?  In shifting the energy of your own heart you will shift the energy of this planet and of the Universe.   Are you ready to step up to your responsibility".

It is a new glorious day! Celebrate!
